We have been working together in the same office for over 10 years and have shared patients during this time.

Summer Nemri, LAc, EAMP, received her BS in Herbal Sciences from Bastyr University in 2005 and went on to earn her MS in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Seattle Institute of Oriental Medicine in 2008. Summer has been thoroughly trained in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture as well as Japanese Acupuncture/Meridian Therapy techniques, Acutonics®, Detox (Auricular and Body) Acupuncture, Nogier auricular Acupuncture, Tui-Na (Asian bodywork therapeutic massage), and Western and Eastern Herbal medicine. She also offers helpful lifestyle, exercise, and dietary recommendations in conjunction with each client’s unique presentation. Summer incorporates Tui-Na massage into most treatments as a way to further assist optimal energetic flow.

From acute &/or chronic pain to keeping the nervous system happy and healthy, Summer sees patients of all ages in maintaining their best physical, energetic and mental well-being as we all learn to navigate the ups and downs of life in a more open and balanced way. We can choose how we respond to the challenges we are facing by taking action. Summer is grateful to be able to pass on the gift of this age-old medicine to empower and inspire you to feel your best from the inside out.

For 6 years during and post grad, Summer apprenticed at a thriving women's health acupuncture clinic where she oversaw patients seeking treatment for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum care. She witnessed and shared in the success of Chinese Medicine for transforming women's reproductive health. Summer is thrilled to be working with more patients in fulfilling their fertility and pregnancy desires.

Summer has been working alongside Susan Moore for over 10 years and is honored to be overseeing her practice as she takes a sabbatical. Susan will be sharing her expertise in women's health as she mentors and collaborates with Summer to successfully treat women 's reproductive health. Susan Moore received her master's degree in acupuncture from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 1996, is certified by the National Commission for the Certification of Acupuncture, and is a licensed practitioner in Washington state. She is also a member of the Acupuncture Association of Washington and North American Toyohari Association and is a founding member of the Northwest Maternity Acupuncture Association.

Susan served as Clinical and Core Faculty at Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine and ran an acupuncture clinic at the University of Washington Midwives Department. She also served as Clinical Faculty in the Maternity Care Clinic at the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and Clinical Preceptor for Bastyr University. Susan teaches classes on fertility enhancement & nutrition and pregnancy and post-partum care to allied professionals and general public. Susan has specialized training in women's and children's health including gynecological disorders, maternity and postpartum care, chronic conditions, and emotional disorders. She incorporates qi gong and meditation mindfulness-awareness techniques as part of her offerings.

Susan believes in empowering others to take a preventive & sustainable stance in their own health and concentrates on treating the underlying cause of a condition, not just the symptoms—which is the primary focus of traditional Asian medicine.
